For public agencies

Government accounts

We work with public bodies through their own purchasing rules: vendor registration, written quotes, purchase orders and the documentation an auditor will expect to see.

Agencies we work with

Cities and counties
Public buildings, parks, vehicles and property under public control.
Public housing authorities
Unit recovery after deaths and drug use, with sampling results for drug residue.
Law enforcement
Patrol vehicles, holding areas and facilities, after release.
Schools and universities
Incidents in buildings, buses and grounds, scheduled around classes.
Corrections and public transit
Secure and high-traffic facilities, with access arranged by the agency.

How purchasing usually works

Small purchases are often made on a single quote, while larger jobs go to competitive quotes or a formal bid. Thresholds are set by each agency's own rules and, for federally funded work such as public housing, by federal procurement rules. We can provide a written quote sized to the scope, and we will tell you if a job looks likely to cross your threshold.

Before a first job, most agencies need a W-9, certificates of insurance and vendor registration in their system. We can complete these ahead of time.

Documentation

Each job ends with a written scope, a summary of what was removed and how waste was handled, photographs where appropriate, and an invoice referencing your purchase order.
