Biohazard cleanup, handled carefully
New Dawn Bio Restoration cleans and restores homes, rental properties, workplaces and public buildings after a death, injury, crime or contamination. If you are dealing with something like that right now, you can call and talk it through before deciding anything.
What we clean up
- Blood cleanup Removal and disinfection of blood and blood-contaminated materials after an injury, accident, or death, in homes, vehicles, and workplaces.
- Unattended death cleanup Cleanup and odor removal after a person has died at home or in a building and was not found right away.
- Trauma and crime scene cleanup Cleanup of homes, businesses and vehicles after an assault, homicide, serious injury, or police investigation, once the scene has been released.
- Suicide cleanup Discreet, careful cleanup of a home or vehicle after a death by suicide, coordinated with the family or property owner.
- Meth and fentanyl residue cleanup (use sites) Testing-guided cleanup of homes and apartments where methamphetamine or fentanyl was smoked or used. This page does not cover quarantined former meth labs.

How a job works
- You call. Tell us what happened and where. We explain what is likely involved and answer questions. There is no commitment in a phone call.
- We look at it. We confirm the scene has been released if police were involved, then walk through the affected area and explain what has to be removed and what can be cleaned.
- You approve a scope. You get the scope and price before work starts.
- We do the work. Contaminated materials are removed and packaged, surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, and personal items are set aside for you.
- We hand it back. We inspect the area with you and give you a written summary, with photographs if you need them for insurance or records.

Common questions
Should I clean it myself first?
No. Blood and other bodily fluids can carry infections, and household cleaning often spreads contamination into flooring and seams. Close the area off and call.
Who pays for cleanup?
Usually the property owner. Some homeowners and commercial policies cover biohazard cleanup; check with your insurer before work starts.
Can you start before police release the scene?
No. Cleanup begins only after law enforcement releases the property.
